U.S. Airstrike Not a Bust
It sounds like last week’s attack on an Islamic terror conclave in western Pakistan may not have been a bust after all. The Provincial Government indicates that there were at least four foreign terrorists killed in the strike along with 14 other “collateral” victims.
My opinion? Anybody harboring terrorists anywhere, makes them a valid target, be they nations or villages. The “women and children” killed were likely indoctrinated by Al Qaeda extremists and fall into the same terrorist category by virtue of their “hate America” mantra, often taught from birth. I think the strike actually got eighteen terrorists who were committed enemies of the United States.
Good shot guys!
From Fox News:
Pakistan: Four Foreign Terrorists Killed in U.S. Airstrike
PESHAWAR, Pakistan — At least four foreign terrorists died in the purported U.S. airstrike aimed at Al Qaeda’s No. 2 leader in a Pakistani border village, the provincial government said Tuesday.
A statement, issued by the administration of Pakistan’s semi-autonomous tribal regions bordering Afghanistan, also said that between 10 and 12 foreign extremists had been invited to the dinner at the village hit in Friday’s attack.
It was the first official confirmation by Pakistani authorities that foreign militants were killed in the attack on the village of Damadola. Women and children also died, triggering outrage in this Islamic nation.
The statement did not identify who the foreigners may have been or who was the target of the missile strike.
Pakistani intelligence officials have said Ayman al-Zawahiri, Usama bin Laden’s top lieutenant, had been invited to a dinner in the targeted village of Damadola to mark an Islamic holiday but did not show up and sent some aides instead.
Iran Blames US for Jet Crashes
From Fox News:Military Jet Crashes in Iran
TEHRAN, Iran — A small military jet crashed in northwestern Iran on Monday, killing the commander of the ground forces of Iran’s elite Revolutionary Guards and at least 12 other people, state media said.
The plane, which belongs to the Revolutionary Guards, was attempting an emergency landing at Oroumieh, located 560 miles northwest of the capital, Tehran, near the Turkish border, state television reported.
. . .
State television said the plane was a Falcon jet, which is the preferred aircraft of high-ranking military officers in Iran.
Falcon Jets are built in France by Dassault Falcon Jet Corp.
The article goes on to articulate the Iranian complaint and some of its aviation history:
Iran has a history of aircraft accidents involving a heavy loss of life. The government has blamed the U.S. trade embargo which makes it impossible for Iran to buy parts for its old US-built aircraft.
In December, 115 people were killed when a military transport plane crashed into a 10-story apartment building near Tehran’s Mehrabad airport as the pilot was returning to the airport shortly after takeoff to make an emergency landing.
In 2003, a Russian-made Ilyushin-76 carrying members of the Revolutionary Guards crashed in the mountains of southeastern Iran, killing 302 people.
In 2002, a Russian-made Tupolev Tu-154 struck snow-covered mountains in western Iran, killing all 119 people on board.
So, is Iran blaming the US for the Russians not selling them Ilyushin and Tupolev parts? Or are they blaming us because they have to fly French and Russian POS aircraft instead of superior US-built aircraft?
Deluded Iranian and other middle eastern idiots will blame everything on America, regardless of the facts.
Belafonte, Glover, West – Traitors
During WWII to consort with enemies of America was considered treason. Harry Belafonte, Danny Glover and Cornel West are no less treacherous since they openly support and cavort with socialist dictator Hugo Chavez who has declared himself an enemy of America, and is one of the four most dangerous men in the world.
From Fox News:
Belafonte Says Bush Is ‘Greatest Terrorist in the World,’ Praises Venezuelan Dictator
Sunday, January 08, 2006
CARACAS, Venezuela — The American singer and activist Harry Belafonte called President Bush “the greatest terrorist in the world” on Sunday and said millions of Americans support the socialist revolution of Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez.
Belafonte led a delegation of Americans including the actor Danny Glover and the Princeton University scholar Cornel West that met the Venezuelan president for more than six hours late Saturday. Some in the group attended Chavez’s television and radio broadcast Sunday.

I would think twice before becoming a member of the American Association of Retired People, who named Belafonte as Person of the Year.
I am inducting Celebridiots® Belafonte and Glover into Cap’n Bob and Damsel’s Star Whores Hall of Shame in recognition of their extreme ignorance and for endorsing a dictator who terrorizes and intimidates his own people and threatens the stability of the Americas.
Top Ten World’s Worst Dictators
It’s disturbing, that at least one of these is an “ally” in the war on terror (hint – Pakistan):

Hopefully, the State Department is watching Pervez Musharraf and his forces
Update: Club for Growth has an article on this topic.
This is our “Freedom Fighter” Enemy
Michael Moore Moron and other moonbats on the left think that the Taliban and Al Qaeda are like “minutemen” merely fighting for their freedom in Afghanistan and Iraq. This is an example of the freedom they seek:
FOXNews.com – U.S. & World – Taliban Beheads Teacher for Educating Girls
KANDAHAR, Afghanistan — Officials on Wednesday blamed Taliban militants for beheading a teacher in a central Afghan town, the latest in a string of attacks against educators at schools where girls study.
Armed men decapitated Malim Abdul Habib in his home in the town of Qalat late Tuesday and forced his wife and children to watch, said Ali Khail, a provincial government spokesman. The assailant did not harm the other relatives, he said.
The attackers then fled and the wife called the police, Khail said. Police are questioning three people who were guests in the victim’s home at the time.
Habib was the headmaster of Shaikh Mathi Baba high school, which is attended by 1,300 boys and girls.
The insurgents claim that educating girls is against Islam and they even oppose government-funded boys’ schools because they teach subjects other than religion.
Zabul province’s education director Nabi Khushal blamed Taliban rebels.
“Only the Taliban are against girls being educated,” he said. “The Taliban often attack our teachers and beat them. But this is the first time one has been killed in this province.”
The militant assholes that did this will never stop. They not only want to impose their insane ideas in their land, but they want to kill you – all of us, and rule an Islamic world. If you have any doubt about that, then you are part of the problem. The only thing that can be done to curtail an infestation of global magnitude, is to exterminate it.
The President Looks Back at 2005
The President discussed events of 2005 in his weekly radio address this morning:
THE PRESIDENT: Good morning. 2005 has been a year of strong progress toward a freer, more peaceful world and a more prosperous America. This year we watched the Iraqi people defy the terrorists and suicide bombers and hold three successful elections, voting to choose the only constitutional, democratic government in the Arab world. We also saw the people of Afghanistan elect a democratic parliament in a nation that only a few years ago was ruled by the Taliban.
President Bush reviewed progress in the War on Terror, homeland security, the economy, and recovery from a year of natural disasters. He concluded with the following:
In 2005, America grew in prosperity, advanced the cause of freedom and peace, and enhanced our security. Our duties continue in the new year, and I’m confident that our nation will meet the challenges that lie ahead.
Thank you for listening, and happy New Year.
