State Line Panorama
Damsel snapped a photo of the Colorado River just as we crossed into Arizona on I-10 at the beginning of our recent vacation. I cropped it into a panoramic view of the river, both states and a suspension pipeline crossing the river just south of the interstate bridge. Click the image for the full panorama.

Is this looking North or South from Blythe? My folks have a winter place in Quartzsite. I was in Blythe in 05 & the place looked like a ghost town.

This is the view to the south of I-10. We didn’t stop in Blythe this trip, but we stayed there a couple of times in the last five years and they seemed to be active and cosmopolitan.
Quartzsite was very busy when we passed through there in January, A bunch of old hippies had invaded town with their gems and minerals.
