During the Cairo riots museums were looted and antiquities were destroyed. Ramirez hopes for liberty and freedom for Egyptians, as do we, when a new government comes to power. Egypt is in a very bad location for the west if another totalitarian Islamic government takes over.

Democracy. We keep using that word. Too few people realize that a pure democracy is not freedom, but tyranny by the majority. That’s why our Founders gave us the Constitutional Republic we have (had?) today.
Tyranny yes, but not always by the majority. Obama will take us as far from the Constitution as he can get us.
Sometimes you can make a point in one easy to understand sentence…
