There are no cuts:

I’m going to shortly blog about this.
By continuing tax cuts for only two years, doesn’t give businesses teh [yeah] forecast to hire and and invest. It’s economic stagnation.
Meanwhile, the RINOs in congress are crediting themselves with a win rather than a compromise/concession.
