After six months of non-stop violence stemming from the electrocution of two teenagers last October, Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin says his government is finally prepared to vote on a resolution to call for a declaration that signifies the government’s intent to enact a directive that threatens “real consequences” should the violence persist.
