We can’t drill, we can’t build new (modern) refineries, we can’t build newqular (Bushism) plants.
Green with envy technologies are still wannabe’s and not realities.
So let’s take our reserves, like our treasury, and fuel the economy with money we don’t have.

Taking the reserves ain’t too smart – it will DEPLETE our strategic energy that may be needed for National emergencies or (worse yet) in the event of WAR!
