    Not sure I’d trust SCOTUS. They didn’t strike down that unconstitutional piece of trash called McCain-Feingold, or the Patriot Act, either.

    Oh yeah! You’re right, they did. They just didn’t reject it out of hand when G.W. signed it, which they SHOULD have done. I also understand that the Patriot Act is up for renewal, if it hasn’t already been renewed.
