Well, the state of Ohio has just gone over to the Democratic Nominee.
What does that mean to us? Very unlikely that the Republicans hold the White House.
What do we do now? For starters, we have to figure a way to be vocal about our convictions. Keep the pressure on the Congress about the traditional conservative issues. We have to figure a way to make them hear the majority of citizens in the country when we insist on keeping second amendment rights, keep law and order important, have a strong military and a diplomacy that stands up for the American way.
All is not lost, far from it. To pull this off, the Democrats had to make America believe that their platform was friendly to the conservative cause. And, with the assistance of the heavily-biased media, it would seem that they accomplished their deception. However, they must now appear to hold to the promises and claims made during the campaign. We need to be vocal when they try to make those hard-left turns.
Unfortunately, Palin was the only conservative and the only one who had nothing to do with the meltdown and bailout. I’m already Palin-Jindal in 2012.
Meanwhile, we all need to be looking at the housing money. It’s being poked into so many holes and hidden we may never get to the end of it. Everytime I find an acronym I put it into google, and up comes millions for “affordable housing.”
Dick Morris just said on Hannity and Colmes that the stock market dropped over 900 points in two days because investors are selling off in anticipation of an increase in capital gains tax. He also said that if Obama does this that it will have the devastating effect of putting the US in a depression, just as in the Hoover years.
We have more to fear than just the housing debacle.
And we’re also for a Palin-Jindal GOP ticket but we have a long four years ahead.
