My Dad loved Arizona. My parents were fixing to move to Tucson but Dad got sick and died in 1990 so that was that. My wife’s cousin moved there from Syracuse; her hubbie is on the Pima Cty Sheriff’s. We will go to AZ someday just so we can see in person the unbelieveable scenes like you just posted.
Damsel was born near Ft. Huachuca and her birth registered in Coolidge, AZ. Our plan is to return to the desert southwest in the not to distant future. Not sure if AZ, NM or UT yet, but all will be visited this summer for consideration.
And yes, we will be enjoying scenery like Canyon de Chelly, Grand Canyon and others. The wanderlust continues to grow.
