The last storm brought the snow level in the San Gabriel Mountains down to about the 3000 foot level. I snapped this shot of some of the mountain peaks as we drove to the gun show today. More on the show later.
As this is being written, the rain has begun again, and will likely add to the snow in the mountains.

WOW! We are expecting about an inch of snow on Mauna Kea tonight.
I hope you guys are staying dry.
Hi
You had some snow !! So did we here in HOT Atlanta. Acutally at the time it was rather COLD Atlanta. Burr !! The next day in Atlanta–all gone.
Hey Kini – whoa! Snow in Hawaii – I guess that must happen once in a while since the volcanoes are so tall. We had fun at the gun show yesterday and at target practice this morning. All the while, beef stew was cooking in the crockpot – getting ready to serve ’em up in a while.
Hello to Miss Em! Down here by our house (we live in southwestern Los Angeles County) it was wet, but not too cold. I’ve never been to Atlanta. My husband used to travel a lot and he has been there but he never saw snow. Stay Warm!
