Well, we’re not exactly Buzz Lightyear, but with our new Garmin nüvi GPS navigation system, we will be able to find our way around during some upcoming excursions. We will be going on our summer vacation soon, so we decided to get this system installed so we can both figure out how to use it.
Now that our retirement goal is in sight, we plan to be on the go a lot more when we do retire. But, that being said, we still have a couple of adventures left before we retire. One is the summer vacation coming up soon and the other is the GUN BLOGGER RENDEZVOUS in September. We don’t plan on getting lost for that one, for sure.
Speaking of GBR-IV, are you registered yet?
I wish I had a gun blogger to go with me. I’d definitely attend.
And even more, I so very much want my own little GPS unit (of course, I’d like to have my own car to go with it)
Okay, go right ahead and screw Satan’s Tourguide into your dashboard. I tried to use a Hertz NeverLost whilst we were in San Francisco. I’d rather use a divining rod or reading goat entrails. In the very last resort – ask for directions.
Damsel would have to stand up in the moon roof if she had to use the divining rod. She wouldn’t put up with that and it might wind up somewhere in me.
Goat entrails stink and the dog would want to eat them and the dead goat.
This was choice number 3.
