Spectacular scenery. Was it chilly? We froze there.
Yes yes it was. . .fooorookin freezing, but, the scenery made up for it. Seems like the closer you get to San Fran the wind and cold just goes through your bones. Thats why the sweatshirt guys make out so well.
Mark Twain once quipped “The coldest winter I spent was a summer in San Francisco.”
It’s true today – nothing’s changed.
So much for global warming.
Just got off the phone with my daughter. She says it’s even colder now than it was when we were there.
