We are celebrating quietly here at home with a planned feast in the afternoon of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chateaubriand_(dish)\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Chateaubriand<\/a>, Braised Brussels Sprouts and Loaded Mashed Fauxtatoes (low-carb cauliflower masquerading as &#8216;taters). <\/p>\n<p>The roast is from a whole beef tenderloin I recently butchered into several steaks and other beef goodies to be consumed later.
