That&#8217;s on the plus side. On the minus side, however:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>trackbacks were lost<\/li>\n<li>comments were lost<\/li>\n<li>older posts were lost<\/li>\n<li>links from older posts will not be found<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In an ongoing effort to extract some of the older, but worthwhile (to us at least) to re-post, we will be accessing the old database and get the <em>good stuff<\/em> out. Thanks for your patience.\n<\/div>\n<p>I have been running a <a href=\"http:\/\/capnbob.us\/blog\/\">beta test site<\/a> for a few days in anticipation of a switch over to the <a href=\"http:\/\/wordpress.org\/\">WordPress&reg;<\/a> blogging tools and weblog platform. I hope the transition will be smooth, but nothing is for certain.
