Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I think what they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re going to have to do is make a decision. Look, are we going to continue down the road playing politics or do we really care about those men and women in uniform? And if they do, then they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll come back and we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll send the president a clean supplemental,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Chambliss told FOX News.<\/p>\n<p>Chambliss called Reid\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s \u00e2\u20ac\u0153war is lost\u00e2\u20ac\u009d comments from last week \u00e2\u20ac\u0153<strong>almost un-American<\/strong>.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I think it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s almost un-American to come out and tell the enemy that they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve won and we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve lost. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s pure politics and I hope the American people really let the Democrats know that it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s the people fighting this war that really do deserve our support,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Chambliss said.<\/p>\n<p>The New York Times reported that some Democrats want to send Bush a bill that he will sign, without the timetables for withdrawal but others push for standing firm behind the antiwar message from Congress.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What do you mean &#8220;<strong>almost<\/strong>,&#8221; Saxby?
