If you ever go through there, the sight of the thousands of wind turbines is overwhelming. The flailing monstrosities cover the entire pass, up the hillsides as well and go on for miles as you pass them. I have been waiting for one of them to topple. It almost looks like they grew from seeds deposited from other windmills as they are stuck together in clumps. Freakin' huge. There's one that collapsed in the county next to ours (Madison) that made quite a mess a few months ago and they have no idea what caused it to go splat.
