It is nice there, but you wouldn't believe the urban sprawl and increased crime rate these days. We're shopping in a <a href='http://www.eppraisal.com/wickenburg-az.mvc' rel="nofollow">rustic area</a> northwest of the Phoenix metropolitan area. It's close enough that we can commute for a half hour and avail ourselves of 'city services,' and retreat to our placid digs when we're done. We looked in the Tucson area in January.
