That PD is opening itself up to a major lawsuit, particularly if they are violating their own rules and regulations in doing so. I wonder if the Mayor of Torrence is the one calling the shots on this. We have politicians here who also think that legal pistol permit holders are a problem. Time and time again we show them that the ones commting crimes are doing so with illegal weapons. Interesting.
