Once in a while, though, we get a pork shoulder and have pulled pork sandwiches - tasty, but not so heart-healthy. And, yes, Kini's right as usual about the interesting drink idea - I'll give that some thought. Kenny is right about middle-eastern cooking. We'll have our pork and they can have their goat-head stew or whatever - ewww! This was surprisingly good - we have lean pork dishes a lot. Although, my version of a bourbon-orange reduction would be in a glass tumbler with ice! Bottoms up! Too bad you can't use the old TV for target practice. You could get revenge for all those reruns, bad reality shows and the nightly gloom and doom news casts.
