If they would only just shut up and entertain, we would judge them on that talent. We practice selective acquisition of entertainment media, rejecting entertainer(s)that make political fools of themselves. My personal opinion of Penn, however, is he didn't seem to be particularly gifted as an actor, and his former marriage to Madonna gave me pause as to his judgement and character.
